This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Zyntorae ("we," "us," or "our") issues refunds for purchases made through zyntorae.com. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms set out below.

Actual credit posting times depend on your bank or payment provider and are outside our control.

Filing a chargeback without first seeking a resolution through our support team may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation. If a chargeback is filed and later reversed in our favour, any associated fees may be deducted from any credit owed to you.
